Mr. Shohrawardy has deep experience of managing complex international businesses across dynamic and changing markets. Mr. Shohrawardy has completed his graduation from Southeast University. He is a fabrics supplier across the country from China and many other countries. He is also partner of SS Denim. Md. Shohrawardy gained extensive experience in garment manufacturing and export related business operations. Presently his responsibilities include development of Jolshiri Abashon based residential projects and business development with public and corporate sectors.

Mr. Sultan Ahamed is passionate to focus on sustainable and green development in the construction sector in Bangladesh and always in endeavor to adopt a modern concept of housing that ensures accommodation for the mass population of this land hungry country. His leadership and outstanding communication skills elevate the growth of Biophilic Builders Ltd. to a higher level InshaAllah.

Mr. Masum Reza has completed his graduation from National University & MBA (Marketing) from Green University of Bangladesh. He has been doing job in the construction sector since 2009. He is the key project operator in the field and managing sales and marketing of the company. He has versatile negotiation ability and has been playing a significant role in furnishing joint venture agreements with landowners on behalf of Biophilic Builders Ltd.

Engr. Md. Shahjalal is a graduate from DPI (Dhaka Polytechnic Institute) & UITS. As Finance Director of this company, he is responsible for executing finance operations of this company. Engr. Md. Shahjalal has commendable capacity in dispute mitigation and managing construction sites for smooth operations of the project. He is also conversant and socially engaged with various social activities.

Md. Mohiuddin, he is a dynamic and result-driven professional with over 12 years of extensive experience in the real estate and construction industry. He has completed over 15 real estate projects and 25 Government construction projects. He currently serves as the General Manager (GM) of Biophilic Builders Ltd., where he leads strategic operations across Business Development, Marketing, Procurement, Project Execution, Accounts, HR and Administrative departments. With an academic foundation in MBS in Accounting and a hands-on understanding of the property market in Bangladesh, he has also built a reputation for delivering successful residential and joint venture projects with precision, transparency, and value-driven leadership. Previously, he held key leadership roles at Green Peak Holdings Ltd., where he spearheaded multiple large-scale developments and organizational growth initiatives. His ability to integrate market insight with operational strategy has made him a trusted leader in the real estate sector. At Biophilic Builders Ltd., he believes in creating not just buildings, but environments where people thrive. His focus is always on blending smart design, operational excellence, and long-term client value.
